Boarding is offered on a limited basis here at Hoof-Haven, and priority is given to lesson and training clients. All board includes good qaulity hay, and a daily ration of oats. Water (heated in the winter months) and salt are always available.
A customized feed program is available for each horse should the owner desire it. Hoof-Haven stocks and uses Masterfeeds products, and always keeps beet pulp on hand. Any of the masterfeed products stocked at Hoof-Haven can be fed at a per weight cost for your horse. Any other feeds desired can be rationed, and supplied in storage totes and fed daily to your horse at no extra charge.
Hoof-Haven has several different boarding option to suit various needs!
OUTDOOR OPTIONS
Pasture Board - $200/month.- Pasture turn out is available for long term boarders. There are several different pastures avaialable for summer grazing, and two pastures available for winter feeding. In the winter months, the pasture horses are on free feed hay and have access to wind shelter and a heated water bowl.
Paddock Board - $200/month- If you wish to have a more controlled environment , you can have your horse kept with one or two other compatible horses in a large 60 x 122 foot paddock where they are hand fed hay twice daily. Fencing is specially designed by "System Fencing" to be safe and secure for your horses and your peace of mind! These paddocks have an auto waterer and salt is also provided.
Private/Stallion Board - $300/month - If you wish to have your horse kept in your own private paddock, this option is avaialbe on a limited basis!
INDOOR OPTIONS (add to turnout price)
Standing stall - $/60 month - Your horse will be brought in each night (or during inclement weather) to a warm standing stall in the barn, and turned out into your chosen option for each day. This is a great way to provide indoor board with much less cost than a box stall.
Box Stall - $125/month - Four 10 x 10 box stalls are available in the heated indoor arena for your usage if you desire the luxury package for your horse! Horses are brought in each evening ( and during inclement weather) and turned out each day.
