VOLUNTEERS are needed to make this program run! We will need volunteers to run each game, some games requiring a few people to do. Also there will of course be set up and decorating to do as well as take down and clean up, so help for that is needed as well!
ITEMS will be needed to make this day a success!! If you can donate ANY of the following it would be GREATLY appreciated!
- CANDY, we will need all sorts of small individuatlly wrapped candy for each game station as a prize
-TICKETS- kids earn tickets by completeing games to use for horseback rides...any old tickets , or new ones or home made ones are needed!
-REFRESHMENTS- juice crystals, coffee, bottled water, canned pop, juice boxes, chips, cookies ect
-SUPPLIES- Gargabe bags, styrofoam coffee cups, juice cups, napkins, wet wipes, hand sanitizer, toilet paper
-PRIZES - Any toys or other prizes for the kids that can be awarded for the colouring and costume contests as well as others!
PORTA POTTIES! If anyone know of , or has one or two of these, this is currently our biggest cost factor right now! Any help is appreciated!
ADVERTISING- any free advertising is greatly appreciated! Please promote this to whoever you can! If your busienss would like to hand out posters please let me know and I can supply them! Forward the website to who ever you can! Post it on Facebook! Spread that word!! This has the potential to be a wonderfull even if we get the attendance we need!
