JJ recieved his registered name in memory of his sister from the previous year, who sadly did not make it in this world. His name is a tribute to her, and we believe he carries her spirit within!
Jay unfortunately suffered a serious accidental injury in January of 2011. After some long and scary days, with a lot of medical attention and TLC he managed to fight off infection and pull through! He will have a permanent blemish and scaring on his injured leg, but is sound, moving wonderful and is a happy healthy boy once again! The leg has healed amazingly and the blemish is not even noticable when he is working. Jay will make a great show or pleasure mount! He has lots of riding experience both in the arena and out. He has been ridden both english and western and shows a great aptitude in the free jumping chute as well!
Jay is extremely friendly and has more character than any horse I have met! He will make an excellent pleasure mount and equine partner! Jay is also an awesome TRICK horse! He is VERY smart, and LOVES to please ! He is a wonderful horse and deserves a GREAT home! This is an opportunity to obtain an amazing horse for a great price.
